Question : Which of the following is not an analgesic ?
(1) Ibuprofen
(2) Diclofenac sodium
(3) Naproxen
(4) Ofloxacin
Answer : In all above the options the correct answer is (4) Ofloxacin.
Explanation of answer : Ibuprofen , Diclofenac sodium and Naproxen are used to get relieve in different type of pain. and as we know that those substances which are used to reduced pain called analgesic , it means Ibuprofen , Diclofenac sodium and Naproxen are the examples of analgesic but Ofloxacin is a type of substance which is used to treat certain bacterial infections in our body. so Ofloxacin is not an example of analgesic . Ofloxacin is a chemotherapeutic antibiotic. that is why we have given correct answer (4) Ofloxacin for the question Which of the following is not an analgesic ?
