स्थिर क्वाथी मिश्रण किसे कहते है। ये कितने प्रकार के होते है। प्रत्येक का उदाहरण दीजिये।
उत्तर : वे द्विअंगीय मिश्रण जिनकी द्रव और वाष्प दोनों अवस्थाओं का रासायनिक संगठन समान होता है , तथा जो निश्चित ताप पर उबलता है उसे स्थिर क्वाथी मिश्रण कहते है।
नोट : स्थिर क्वाथी मिश्रण के दोनों घटको को प्रभावी आसवन से पृथक पृथक नहीं कर सकते।
उदाहरण : 95% एथिल अल्कोहल व 5% जल एक साथ मिलकर स्थिर क्वाथी मिश्रण है इनका क्वथनांक 351k होता है।
ये (स्थिर क्वाथी मिश्रण) दो प्रकार के होते है(types)
(1) न्यूनतम क्वथनांकि स्थिर क्वाथी मिश्रण (Minimal Boiling Point Stable Quadrant Mixing) :
वे स्थिर क्वाथी मिश्रण जिनका क्वथनांक दोनों घटकों के क्वथनांक से कम होता है उन्हें न्यूनतम क्वथनांकि स्थिर क्वाथी मिश्रण कहते है।
उदाहरण : 95% C2H5OH + 5% H2O ( क्वथनांक 351k )
शुद्ध C2H5OH का क्वथनांक 351.5 तथा शुद्ध H2O का क्वथनांक 373k होता है।
नोट : ये ( न्यूनतम क्वथनांकि स्थिर क्वाथी मिश्रण) राउल्ट के नियम से धनात्मक विचलन दर्शाते है।
(2) अधिकतम क्वथनांकी स्थिर क्वाथी मिश्रण (Maximum Boiling Point Stable Quadrant Mixing) :
वे स्थिर क्वाथी मिश्रण जिनका क्वथनांक दोनों घटकों के क्वथनांक से अधिक होता है उन्हें अधिकतम क्वथनांकी स्थिर क्वाथी मिश्रण कहते है।
उदाहरण : 68% HNO3 + 32% H2O ( क्वथनांक 393.5k )
शुद्ध HNO3 का क्वथनांक 359k तथा शुद्ध H2O का क्वथनांक 373k होता है।
नोट : ये (अधिकतम क्वथनांकी स्थिर क्वाथी मिश्रण) राउल्ट के नियम से ऋणात्मक विचलन दर्शाते है।
